About Glass Consulting
James Glass, our Founder, spent the best part of a decade as one of Dubai’s best-known Real Estate Sales Trainers. His journey started at Property Finder, the country’s leading property portal, as their Training Manager. James then moved on to haus&haus, one of the city’s most established brokerages, and then on to AX CAPITAL as their Director of Learning & Development, where he helped grow the company by 450%, from 200 to 850 employees in just 2 years, earning the title of ‘Best Quality Brokerage in Dubai’ in 2023. James then decided instead of just helping a single brokerage at a time to develop, he could do more by having his own consulting brand, so James founded Glass Consulting.
Our Founder
James was born in Paris, France, and grew up outside of Geneva Switzerland, in a small French town called ‘Archamps’, in the Alps.
He then moved to Los Angeles when he was 15, without his family, living with a host family for 2 years, in order to go to an American High School and play basketball. His dream was to get a full scholarship in a university to play ball.
This forced James to be very culturally and socially adaptable from a young age, helped him to become very independent, and taught him the value of hard work.
The plan worked, and James played 4 years of college basketball in Chicago, leading his team to the National Championship Tournament as the captain of his team his senior season.
James moved straight to the UAE after graduating from university with a degree in Marketing & Entrepreneurship, and never left. Dubai is home for him, he met his amazing South African wife here, loves and serves his local church faithfully, and enjoys living in the most culturally diverse city in the world. Everything James does he does in order to bring Glory to God, and he counts every day he wakes up an undeserved blessing from God.
