The game integrates every part of an agent’s daily life, from prospecting, generating pocket listings, converting pocket listings to live listings by getting documents from owners, organizing photo shoots, listing properties on the portals, requesting featured and premium listings, verifying listings, TruChecking listings, uploading floorplans, pitching exclusivity, generating leads, qualifying leads, conducting viewings, and closing both exclusive and split deals.
This simulation is designed for 4 to 8 participants at once, but multiple simulations can take place simultaneously to accommodate larger groups.

The Simulation is also designed to be facilitated within a brokerage without needing a full time facilitator like a trainer or sales director in the room. The Simulation IS the trainer.
