His journey started at Property Finder, the country’s leading property portal, as their Training Manager. James then moved on to haus&haus, one of the city’s most established brokerages, and then on to AX CAPITAL as their Director of Learning & Development, where he helped grow the company by 450%, from 200 to 850 employees in just 2 years, earning the title of ‘Best Quality Brokerage in Dubai’ in 2023. James then decided instead of just helping a single brokerage at a time to develop, he could do more by having his own consulting brand, so James founded Glass Consulting.
