They have successfully implemented the Simulation and have given amazing feedback on how engaging, interactive, and practical of a training tool it is.
Novvi Properties
Novvi Properties, a long-time client, have used us multiple times for full Secondary training programs and Off Plan training programs. The management team at Novvi also chose to roll out the Jigsaw Discovery Tool as their Soft Skills training program of choice for their whole organization and received excellent reviews from the sales team on the program. They are also using the Dubai Broker Simulation, and have seen good results, especially with their new joiners and their existing leasing team.
Property Finder
Property Finder brought us on as part time consultants for Q4 of 2024 to help design and build the Property Finder Academy. Mainly looking for content consultancy, PF used our expertise of working within dozens of different brokerages over the years to ensure the product they built is what their clients needed. The Academy saw significant user adoption and growth month on month throughout Q4, and the partnership was deemed successful.
Axis Real Estate
Axis brought on James for 2 full consecutive days of training for their team of Off Plan specialists. During these 2 intensive days of training, we covered the Broker’s Sales Funnel, Prospecting, Client Qualification, Lead Management, Follow Up Strategies, Objection Handling Frameworks, and Closing Techniques. Both management and the team loved the training program and its delivery.
Prime Capital Real Estate
Prime Capital opted for 3 mornings spread over 3 consecutive Wednesdays. This training, tailored for their majority Off Plan focused sales team, covered the topics of the Broker’s Sales Funnel, Lead Qualification, Client Management, Follow Up Strategies, Objection Handling Frameworks, and Closing Techniques. We also implemented some interactive and engaging activities to reinforce learning by doing.
