I partner with your current L&D team to help them build a proper full day Induction for your new employees. Create a fun, engaging, informative first day for your new employees. You only get 1 chance at the first day, and it’s important to get it right. The first day sets the employee’s first impressions, sets the tone for the rest of training, establishes the trainer as a subject matter expert (or not), and lays the foundations for new employees to make friends in the company, a leading factor in employee retention.
